How to order
Ordering is
simple and
safe:
1. To add the services you want to the order form, click on
'Click to add to your basket'.
2. You can modify the number of items in your basket. If you want to remove an item already in the basket, just press 0 and update. If you want to add other items to the basket, just click
'Back to the catalog' to continue your shopping.
3. When you are done with your shopping, just click
'Order Form'.
4. For returning customers, if you have saved your customer code in your computer after your first order, just insert it and your personal information will be automatically retrieved.
5. Select the type of credit card you want to use for payment and then click on
'Confirm your order'.
6. You can still change the quantities of services and reservations. As usual press '0' to remove items from the basket. Then
'Confirm your order'. If you made a mistake, just click on
'Clear all my order data'and start all over again.
7. On the order form, complete the area for personal billing details. If you want to send the products to somebody else, please fill in the requested shipping form.
8. For every message or detail, please use the Communication Area of the form or write us to
help@web95.it.
9. You can use the order transmission system you prefer:
* on line order: this method, using encrypted transmission, ensures privacy of your credit card information. Just fill in your credit card information and press 'On line order' at the end of the page.secure server key
* off line order: Select the button 'Press here to get fax order form' and print the order form using your browser. On the printed ORDER FORM write your credit card details and sign it
[don't forget to include the expiration date and CVV2 security code]Send the completed ORDER FORM including your credit card information via fax
(+39 0574 401744). Using this method, your credit card information will appear only on the fax form. Weekend a Firenze will process your order when the fax arrives.
Both these methods are safe.

Shipping options: SHOP ITEMS ONLY
Orders are shipped via the Italian Postal Service:
Priority Mail: if your package is 25 x 5 x 35,5 cm or less and weighs 2 kg maximum. Your order should arrive between 4 and 10 days after we send you the confirmation of delivery email.
International Ordinary Package: if your order exceeds Priority Mail requirements. Delivery times may vary depending on delivery country.
Payment information
We accept payment with the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD - EUROCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS, JCB.
You will be charged in EURO, the equivalent in your local currency will be calculated directly by your bank.
