Departures available at sunrise or sunset. We fly in the early morning just after dawn or 1 hour before sunset. The early flight morning is an easier flight, suggestible to everyone. Sunset flight, because of wind conditions at that time of the day, is much more difficult. Passenger should expect a more sporty flight and, most likely, a strong landing. Suggested to active sport lovers.

Includes champagne breakfast (sunrise flight) or a Tuscan dinner (sunset flight) with local products.

Cancellation policy: There will be no penalty for cancellations of excursion bookings communicated in writing to the organization at least eight days prior to the booked excursion date. Between eight and two days prior to the excursion, 10% of the fare will have to be paid; from two days prior to the excursion departure, the payment of the entire amount will be due and no reimbursement will be granted. No reimbursement will be granted to any client who is not at the place of departure at the time established; similarly, no reimbursement will be granted to clients who lose contact with the guide or who do not complete the excursion.

Important note for balloon flights:
Please be aware that a balloon flight does not have a pre-fixed itinerary, as in most of the case, it depends on atmospheric conditions. Every-time a flight is schedule, the driver will choose the direction according to the safest itinerary possible, usually in a radius of 20 miles around the take-off platform. Either way, the take off platform might change. The length of the flight might change depending on weather condition. The flight will be re-confirmed the night before the scheduled departure. Flight might be cancelled even last minute, according to unsecure weather conditions. In case unlikely opportunity, no flight charge will be applied. Transfer cost will have to be paid anyhow.

You will fly over the legendary Chianti landscape with its hilltop towns, castles, valleys, famous vineyards, and mixed woodlands.

A powerful landscape, one of the most civilized rural scenes on earth, cultivated tranquility of olives, vines, and corn. The olives’ silver and the many variegated shades of green appear as a veil over elemental majesty and silence. On clear days in the distance you can see Florence to the North and the Apennine mountain range in the background; to the West the Elsa valley, San Gimignano, Certaldo, and Volterra and the sea in the far distance; to the South, Poggibonsi, Colle Val d’Elsa, Siena and Monte Amiata in the distance..

We fly in the early morning just after dawn or 1 hour before sunset. The early flight morning is an easier flight, suggestible to everyone. The inflation takes about 30 minutes, and the flight approximately 1 hour depending on wind and weather conditions. After landing, we load the balloon back onto the retrieving vehicle trailer that follows the balloon throughout the flight. Once the balloon is packed away, we move on to enjoy a marvelous champagne breakfast (sunrise flight) or a Tuscan dinner (sunset flight) with local products. We will then drive you back to the launch field. The whole adventure takes about three and a half hours (excluding dinner)
